Business Group, Inc. state the following: All Sales Are Final, with
exception of the following:
First Order Guarantee - We want you to feel comfortable ordering our
watches. We offer you a 30-day money back guarantee on your first 50
watches ordered from our company. If you place an order for watches,
and decide that you are unhappy within the first 30-days, you may return a
maximum of 50 watches for a full credit, minus shipping costs. This
applies to your First Order Only. All subsequent orders fall
under the guidelines listed below.
3a) Watches - You have 30 days to return watches for a credit
towards your next order if you are unhappy with them for any
reason*. That credit can then be applied to other watches or
merchandise. You also have 30 days to inspect your
Watches for defects,
at which time you must notify us via phone or email. When ordering
fashion watches, you should expect a 1% to 3% breakage rate. Broken
watches can be mailed back to our facility where we will credit your
account for the cost of the watches (minus shipping). A watches
battery arriving "dead" is not considered a broken watch.
While we make every effort to insure all watches arrive with good
batteries, occasionally, a battery might be "dead".
Replacement batteries are sold on our website at a very reasonable
price. After 30 days, there will be No Credits
issued for any reason. (Exchange
3b) All other products - Sales of all other items/products are Final. All damaged merchandise should be
promptly returned to our facility, where it will be replaced, or your
account will be credited for future orders. If an item is damaged in
shipping, please notify us so that we can place a claim promptly.
* This excludes Special
Orders. Special Orders are defined as orders that require us to
order additional inventory (very large or unique orders) or excessive
staff requirements (special sorting of inventory). Special Orders
are non-refundable / non-exchangeable.
Warranty - All watches come with a 30 day warranty. Warranty
covers any reasonable damage to the case, strap, or crystal.
Reasonable damage is defined as "everyday use" style
damage. If the damage can not be repaired by our technicians, we
will generally replace the watch with a similar style. If your customers watch stops running
because of mechanical failure, they can mail the
watches in to the address on the warranty card for repair. A check
in the amount of $6.95 is required for each watch to cover shipping /
handling. All instructions are clearly stated on warranty.
This warrant covers your retail buyers. You, as the wholesale buyer,
are covered under the terms for (3a) Watches listed above.
Guarantee - Price guarantee is for Renata watch batteries and
watch/jewelry repair tools only. We will attempt to match or
beat the price of any legitimate authorized distributor of Renata watch
batteries or supplies. In the unlikely event that you find prices
lower than ours, you must notify us of lower competitor pricing BEFORE you
place your order. No refunds or credits will be issued on orders
- Only one (1) coupon may be used during online checkout. If
multiple coupons are entered, all but the first coupon will be deleted and
added to your total.
- We reserve the right to ship goods through whichever shipping company we
deem appropriate, even if you specify a shipping method during checkout.
This can include USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, or trucking company. Many orders
are shipped within 24 hours of being received (weekdays), but may take as
long as 4 to 6 days to process depending on the size and the items being
packages over 5 pounds will usually be upgraded to UPS and
appropriate charges will be applied. The shipping total displayed in
our online shopping cart is only an estimate of shipping costs.
Actual cost is usually the same or lower, however it could be higher depending on
shipping location and box weight. Your total will be adjusted accordingly.
If you need your package shipped in a specific manner, you are required to
contact us by phone at the time of your order. All packages are
shipped with tracking & signature required at time of delivery.
Be sure that someone will be available to receive your package, it will
not be left unattended. Price includes shipping, handling, &
insurance. Packages that are returned for non-delivery will be
a 15% restock fee and will still be billed for shipping.
Canada: Orders shipped to Canada will be changed customs and are the
sole responsibility of the purchaser. Customs fee's should be paid
directly to Canadian customs or the delivery agency of your package.
International: Orders shipped internationally will be changed
customs and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Customs
fee's should be paid directly to customs or the delivery agency of your

what is shown during checkout. If the rate is going to be substantially
more than stated, we will call you.
Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska - Shipping WILL be more than what is
stated in the shopping cart during checkout. Your orders will be
Shipping Specials: From time to time we offer special deals on
shipping. This includes Free or $5.95 price offers. These
offers apply to the Continental (48) US states only. Hawaii &
Alaska will incur additional charges.
Battery Shipping: We offer a flat shipping rate on all watch battery
orders of $5.95 to all 50 US states. Offer good for ground shipping
with the shipping company of our choice.
6) Tax -
Tax information for ordering is as followed:
If your are picking up your merchandise, or if your merchandise is being
shipped to an address in Pennsylvania, a TAX ID number is required or you
will be charged sales tax. To set up your account for tax free
