How do I place
an order?
Currently we are not accepting orders by phone. To place an order by mail or fax, please download an
order form and follow the instructions. Download an order form HERE.
If your are picking up your merchandise, or if your
merchandise is being shipped
to an address in Pennsylvania, a TAX ID number is required. (see next
answer)
Do I need a
tax ID number?
In Pennsylvania
If your are picking up your merchandise, or if your
merchandise is being shipped
to an address in Pennsylvania, a TAX ID number is required or you will be
charged sales tax. To set up your account for tax free status:
1) Fax us a copy of your Pennsylvania Sales tax license.
2) Fax us a completed & signed copy of IRS Form REV-1220.

3) Fax both forms to us at (215) 243-7425
NOTE: Only re-sale items will be tax free. Some items,
including displays and tools are taxable, regardless of tax status.
Outside Pennsylvania
We do not require a Tax ID for orders being shipped
out-of-state. Out of state orders will not be charged
tax. If you have a tax ID, please fax a copy to us so that we can
set up your account as a business account. It can be faxed to us at
(215) 243-7425
How
long until my order is shipped?
Many of our orders are shipped within 24 hours. Some of our products
may take 48 to 72 hours to process and ship. Also note that not all
of our products are shipped from the same warehouse, so some items may
arrive on different days (watches and displays). In the event that an item is not in stock, it will be
backordered and listed on your invoice.
How
can I calculate my shipping costs before ordering?
Simply add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. You
will see your shipping total, as well and any applied discounts.
Do you ship C.O.D.?
No, we do not ship C.O.D. under any circumstance.
Can
I pick up my merchandise at your location in Pennsylvania?
No, we no longer offer pickup from our warehouse.
Do you
ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many international locations including the UK,
Australia, Italy, etc..
We do not ship to Africa. All international orders must be pre-paid
via Wire-transfer, we do not accept credit cards. If you are
interested in placing an order, email us a list of items you would
like. We will calculate a total for you, including shipping
costs. If you are satisfied with the total, we will then email you
wire-transfer instructions.

How will
my order be shipped?
Orders under 5 lbs are usually shipped USPS priority. Orders over 5 lbs are
shipped UPS.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Most Packages are
shipped with Signature Required at time of delivery. Be sure
someone is available to receive your shipment, it will not be left
unattended.
How
long will my package take to arrive if it is shipped UPS?

you have any minimum order requirements?
We have a minimum order amount of just $10.00.

25 watches minimum (Mix and match is ok)
I
made a mistake on my order, what do I do?
Use the Contact Form to contact us immediately, we will try to change the
order before it is shipped..
Do you
have quantity discounts?
Yes, we do have quantity discounts available for customers who purchase a
minimum of $1,000 per month (or 250 watches per month). Minimum
3-month history before discounts apply. For discounts, please call.
What
if I am unhappy with my order?
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed when you buy from
AnyTimeWholesale.Com. If you are unhappy with your first order for any
reason, you have a full 30 days to contact us in regards to a refund*. Call us for a return authorization, then carefully repackage
the merchandise and ship it back to us. As soon as we have received
the merchandise, a refund will be issued (minus shipping
charges). All subsequent orders of watches can be exchanged
for different styles if you are unhappy with the ones you receive as long
as they are still in resalable condition.

support any charities?

Force and their families during times of personal emergencies.
What
forms of payment do you accept?
Credit Cards - We accept Visa / Mastercard and American Express.
We also accept Paypal and Google Checkout. You can pay
for your items through our secure online shopping cart, or over the phone.
What are
your watches made of?
All of our watches are made of metal alloy with stainless steel backs.
Do they have a
warranty?
Not at this time. You, as the wholesale buyer have a 7 day warranty
against defects.
What
does "Approximate Retail Value" Mean?
The Approximate retail value of our watches is simply the price
that we feel you can sell our watches at in an average retail
setting. Many retailers have purchased and successfully sold our
watches at this price. Of course, you are NOT REQUIRED to sell our
watches at this. We sell to many retailers who choose to sell all
styles at $12.95, which increases your volume sales. We also
have customers who sell the watches for more than the suggested retail
value. It is totally up to you.
How long do they
last?
With proper care our watches should last your customers a very long
time! Average battery life per watch is 2-years.
Do they come in
boxes?
Because we only sell watches in bulk, they do not come with boxes.
Fashion watches should always be displayed in the open so that customers
can pick them up and try them on. If your watches are stuck in
boxes, they will not sell as well. We do offer gift
bags if you would like to offer your customers something to put the
watch in.
Are they
water resistant?
All watches are "Splash" resistant. They will hold up to
things like washing your hands, rain, etc. They should not be worn
in the shower or while swimming.
Why
can't I pick specific styles?
Because we sell in bulk lots, our styles are constantly changing. It
would be impossible for us to make a catalog of our products because of
that reason. We are experts in the watch industry and closely follow
the top watch trends across the country. You can rest assured that
the styles we send you will be top sellers and watches that you can sell
quickly. Remember, you have 30 days to review your watches and
decide if you like them!
Do
you have a catalog with all of the different watch styles?
We do not have a catalog because our styles change so quickly. To
see samples of our products, please visit our watch
page and click on the different images.
We do have company information and a small brochure
that you can request by calling us.
One
of the watches I received is broken, what should I do?
We guarantee your order 100%. We are proud to have a breakage
rate of less than 1%. This is due to our stringent inspection
process on both incoming and outgoing inventory. If you receive a
damaged item, simply contact us via phone to have the item replaced or to have your account
credited.
What
are "Faux" Diamonds?
Faux is a French word for false or fake. It is often used in English phrases such as faux pearls, Faux Diamonds, and faux fur.
